President Kelly Karl welcomed everyone, and Bill Wisdom gave us our daily reflection that was followed by the flag salute.

PROGRAM: Business Meeting today! President Kelly Karl thought it was important for all of us to know who we are, and what we do for the community, those we give to and more.

As promised, here is more information on ordering your Optimist gear. In order to receive items in time for the Tree Lot, we must place our order by November 4th!
- For embroidered items, which is everything BUT the t-shirts, there are no minimums.
- For the screen print items, which is ONLY the T-shirts, we have to have a minimum quantity of 12 items made in any combinations of sizes and short or long-sleeve. IF we do not get enough screen print items, you will be notified on Nov. 5th and can either select an embroidered item or be refunded.
- You can go to the link and follow the steps to complete your order online including pay for your items.

MEMBERSHIP/RETENTION/RECRUITMENT:
We are such a great group, we need to stay the course, continue to move onward and upward together. It does take commitment and hard work but working together we can do so much! Thank you Kelly for all these reminders and opportunities.
CLUB STUFF/ANNOUNCEMENTS and UPCOMING EVENTS:
Chili Crawl was yet another successful event, many thanks go out to Bill Wisdom and his committee. Thanks you to all who helped make it so successful.
Bewitching in Westloop on Halloween, Clyde Scott and Brad Horchem will be handing out candy. Others are welcome to help! Friday from 4:00 to 6:00!
Hoop Holler & Shoot is upon us, Thad Hall will be looking for some additional help, Nov 11, Semi Finals for both girls and boys, please reach out to Thad if you are able to assist!
Jerry Banaka spoke of the last social, at Liquid Art Winery being another successful social event. We’re all looking forward to more of these events.
Sharon Fincham has been getting information out to the schools about the Youth of the Month Program, anyone interested in helping recognize these students, please see Sharon.
Korey Klingenberg will be asking for assistance with the Early Expressions Art Program, all art work from K-12 will be picked up from the schools on Dec 11th and prepared for judging on Dec 12th. If you are able to ass please reach out to Korey.
