President Bill Wisdom, welcomed everyone and Craig Cox gave us a great Independence Day reflection, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.

PROGRAM: Craig Cox introduced our speaker, Amy Manges, Riley County Register of Deeds. Amy gave us a good rundown of her position and what the “Register of Deeds” is!
Record all documents submitted by the public which are qualified to be recorded
Maintain an up-to-date and accurate set of indices which show the correct ownership of land in the entire county
Perform all functions of a clerical and technical nature to accomplish that objective

The Tree Lot Survey results have been calculated, there was interest by several to step in to different roles and the Tree Lot will remain active!
District 4Q Meeting will be in Wichita, August 16-18
